- Customers can place delivery orders through the Grab and Go mobile app or website.

2. Account Registration:

- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Order Placement and Payment:

- Orders can be placed through the Grab and Go mobile app or website.

- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when placing an order.

- Payment for orders must be chosen at the time of placing the order using the payment methods accepted by Grab and Go.

4. Delivery:

- Grab and Go will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders promptly and within the estimated delivery time.

- Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as distance, traffic, and order volume.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and ensuring that someone is available to receive the delivery at the designated location.

5. Cancellation and Refunds:

- Orders can be cancelled within a 1-minute window from the time of placing the order without any penalty.

- If an order is cancelled within the 1-minute window, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Once the 1-minute cancellation window has elapsed, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled for a refund.

6. Limitation of Liability:

- Grab and Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.

- In no event shall Grab and Go's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

7. Intellectual Property:

- All content included in the Service, such as logos, trademarks, and software, is the property of Grab and Go and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

- You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Service without prior written permission from Grab and Go.

8. Modifications to Terms:

- Grab and Go reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

- Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the Grab and Go website or mobile app.

9. Governing Law:
