Order Cancellation

Customers have a 1-minute window from the time of placing the order to cancel it without any penalty.
During this 1-minute period, customers can cancel their order through the Grab and Go mobile app and no charges will be incurred.

Refund Process

If you cancel your order within the 1-minute window, Grab and Go will process a full refund to your original payment method.
The refund will be issued promptly, and you will receive a notification in mobile wallet confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exceptions

Please note that once the 1-minute cancellation window has elapsed, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled for a refund.
However, if there are extenuating circumstances or issues with the order, customers are encouraged to contact Grab and Go customer support for assistance.

Grab and Go reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
