Rider App Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.

The App is intended for registered riders of Grab & Go Delivery Services to manage deliveries.

You agree to use the App in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You must not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You will be compensated based on the agreed-upon commission structure.

Payments will be processed according to the payment schedule provided by Grab & Go Delivery Services.

You agree to perform your delivery services professionally and diligently.

You must use the App to accept and manage delivery orders.

You are responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers.

You may also use the rider app on an Android device, which must be used exclusively for managing orders.

You are responsible for any expenses incurred in the course of performing your delivery duties.

You must not engage in any behavior that could harm the reputation of Grab & Go Delivery Services or its customers.

Theft, fraud, or any other unlawful activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

Either party may terminate this agreement with a 15-day written notice.

We may terminate your access to the App immediately if you breach these Terms or engage in misconduct.

Upon termination, you must return all company property and any equipment provided by Grab & Go Delivery Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grab & Go Delivery Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use or other intangible losses, resulting from:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in your City.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App.

Your continued use of the App after the changes have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
